Tom Coleman, a groundbreaking
innovator in the ceramic art world,
is a full time potter. He works from
his home in Henderson, Nevada,
and does many workshops and
shows each year. The desert has
greatly influenced his work.
This workshop begins with a lecture and
power point presentation of Tom’s 45 years
in the ceramic arts. During the next two
days, he will demonstrate throwing,
altering, and discuss formulating clay bodies,
slips and glaze techniques, along with
